Re-design and construction of two new semi-detached beach house dwellings along the beachfront road in Camber, East Sussex.
Appointed by a local private developer Baker Architectural oversaw this pair of beach front properties to completion. Designed to reflect coastal beach huts these two bedroom, two storey houses feature clean lines and elegant proportions. Designed to overcome the sites position which is enclosed on, the houses makes use of curtain wall glazing to the front and rear along with cantilevered front balconies.
Located just meters from the coastline this site proved unwilling to accept the new building, this meant a complex arrangement of ground works were needed.
